Cookie, Brownie, Ice Cream
This was probably my best sandwich to date, it consisted of 2 home baked chocolate chip cookies, 1 home baked brownie cut in half, and a good serving of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. This sandwich was very good but I wish I had made it smaller. The brownies made the sandwich very rich so it was hard to eat the whole damn thing, but I managed. The combination of cookie, brownie, and ice cream made for a very enjoyable mix of textures. The only thing that could possibly make this better would be a different choice of ice cream. This is something most restaurants should have on their dessert menu. Continue reading
